Multiply the first fraction by the  reciprocal of the second fraction.

(x^2-9/x+2)(x-2/x-3)

={(x^2-9)(x-2)}/{(x+2)(x-3)}

={(x+3)(x-3)(x-2)}/{(x+2)(x-3)}

={(x+3)(x-2)}/(x+2)
