18+17=35=7×5;12+9=21=7×3; 7×16=112; 4+2=6. Expression becomes:

35×21-112×6=735-672=63.

Or, you could make the arithmetic easier by breaking down into factors:

72×15-7×16×6=7(7×15-16×6)=(7×3)(7×5-16×2)=(7×3)(35-32)=7×3×3=63.
