Do you want the zeroes of p2-p-122?

If so:

p2-p=122,

p2-p+¼=122+¼=489/4,

(p-½)2=489/4,

p-½=±√489/2, p=½±½√489=11.5567 or -10.5567 approx.

If you meant to factorise p2-p-132, then it factorises: (p-12)(p+11), so the zeroes are 12 and -11.
