What is the limit for a function limit [x ----> 1] int(x) ?

If int(x) means integer part of x, then the limit would be undefined. x→1- means x approaches 1 from the left, that is, x<1, so int(x)=0; x→1+ means x approaches 1 from the right, that is, x>1, so int(x)=1. These two limits are different so x→1 can't be defined.
