You haven't provided the quadratic equation, so for each of the possible answers I will write a quadratic equation which fits the answer options.

a) (x+4)(x-3)=x2+x-12

b) (x+3)(x-4)=x2-x-12

c) Not x intercepts (only (0,-4) is an x-intercept, the other is a y-intercept)

d) Not x intercepts (these are y-intercepts)

Only (a) or (b) could be the right answers, so check the quadratic to see which applies. The only difference is the sign on the x term.
