im not sure if i have to plug in zero for both or not.  when i did both of them came out (0,0).  please help!

The intercepts are both zero because the line passes through the origin. To plot the graph you can't, therefore, join the intercepts, so put x=3 (for example) and find y (=9) then draw a line to pass through (0,0) and (3,9).
