perimeter =2(l +b)

2(10+b)=34

10+b=34/2=17

b=17-10=7

AF=BC=7cm

FE=AE-AF=12-7=5cm

Area of trapezium CDEF=1/2(ED+FC)FE

                                       =1/2(6+10)5=1/2(16)5=40 cm^2
