Calculate the parenthesised expressions first:

⅙-⅕=(5-6)/30=-1/30;

4-9/4=(16-9)/4=7/4;

3×(-1/9)=-⅓.

The expression reduces to:

(-1/30)×(7/4)-⅓=

-7/120-⅓=(-7-40)/120=-47/120.
