I guess this is supposed to read:

c/(-q+6)=14.

There’s no clue about what’s needed, so I’ll assume we have to find c in terms of q or q in terms of c.

c=14(-q+6)=-14q+84,

c=84-14q c in terms of q.

14q=84-c,

q=(84-c)/14,

q=6-(c/14) q in terms of c.
