Find the probability of not rolling the difference of two

I cannot find the answer to this question. This is a two dice problem.

The picture shows all 36 outcomes of rolling two dice. The table body shows the difference between the values of the dice for every possible combination. The difference of 2 is highlighted in red, so there are 8 with a difference of 2, meaning that there are 36-8=28 with a difference of not-2. Therefore the probability is 28/36=7/9.
