If the asterisks mean multiply, then, since there is only one equation, we can only write a relationship equation between a and b.

a+b=63(-a)(-b)=63ab.

b=63ab-a=a(63b-1), a=b/(63b-1). Similarly, a=63ab-b=b(63a-1) and b=a/(63a-1).
