Put y equal to 4 different numbers. Let’s pick y=0, 3, 6, 9 and solve for x:

0=3x-3, 3x=3 so x=1

3=3x-3, 3x=6, x=2

6=3x-3, 3x=9, x=3

9=3x-3, 3x=12, x=4

The four points are (1,0), (2,3), (3,6), (4,9).
