P(-3)=2(-3)³+4(-3)²-2(-3)-3=-54+36+6-3=-15.

Not sure what you mean by associated division, but I guess we divide the polynomial by x+3:

         2x² -2x+4

x+3 ) 2x³+4x²-2x-3

         2x³+6x²

              -2x²-2x

              -2x²-6x

                     4x-3

                     4x+12

                         -15

Quotient: 2x²-2x+4, remainder -15
