The question is incomplete. We don’t know if the polygon is regular, irregular, convex, or concave, and we don’t know whether rotation is clockwise or anti-clockwise. We do know that the polygon is a pentagon because it has 5 vertices. We don’t know what the question actually is because it makes no sense.
