Draw graphs—it helps.

(a) lim f(x) as x➝0 is 1 and lim g(x) is 0 so lim g/f=0/1=0

(b) lim f(x) as x➝2 is 2 and lim g(x) is 2 so lim f/g=2/2=1

Note that lim g(x) is 2 when x➝2 because x≠2 (2 is a hole, don’t fall into it!)
