Multiplication and division must be calculated before adding (BODMAS or PEMDAS).

6÷2×3=9. The order of division and multiplication doesn’t matter. 6÷2=3 and 3×3=9; or 6×3=18 and 18÷2=9. But we can’t do 2×3=6 then 6÷6=1, because that would be 6÷(2×3) where the brackets specifically require the result of multiplying 2 by 3 to be divided into 6. Read 6÷2×3 as “divide 6 by 2 then multiply the result by 3.”

Finally add the result 9 to 2=11.
