7/3=2⅓ or 2.333 approximately. 3 goes into 7 twice because 3 twos are 6 with remainder 1. That remainder is counted as one third.

I did this a hundred times but keep getting the wrong thing.I want to know how to work out percentages, for example, 80 percent of 150.
