Let c=current speed and b=boat speed.

The distance=speed×time so 33=3(c+b)=11(c-b).

So, c+b=11 and c-b=3, 2c=14 and c=7kph; b=c-3=11-c=4kph.

Current is 7kph and boat speed is 4kph.
