1/2 + (2/3 + 3/4) - (4/5 * 5/6) =

1/2 + (8/12 + 9/12) - ([4*5] / [5*6]) =

1/2 + 17/12 - 2/3 =

6/12 + 17/12 - 8/12 = 

15/12 = 

5/4
