When 6x+A+4=6x+3A+2, 2A=2, A=1.

f(x)=3x+2, g(x)=2x+1. Let x=10, g(10)=21, f(10)=32; f(21)=65, g(32)=65. So f(g(x))=g(f(x)) in this case.
