(0,-3), (2,0), (4,3)

For example, put x=0 in 3x-2y=6 and we get -2y=6 so y=-3; put y=3 in 3x-2y=6 and we get 3x-6=6, 3x=12, x=4. So the completed pairs are respectively (0,-3) and (4,3).
