Let L, A and C be the amounts that Lisa, Ally and Clare spend. Ally is Lisa's daughter so Lisa must be Clare's daughter, making three women in all.

L=A and C=4L (Clare spent 4 times more than her daughter). The three women spent $900:

L+A+C=L+L+4L=6L=900, L=$150.

So Lisa and Ally each spent $150 and Clare spent $600, 600+150+150=900.
