Multiply everything in one bracket by everything in the other as follows. Take x from the first bracket and use it to multiply everything in the other: x^2-5x. Now take the -5 from the first bracket and multiply everything in the other by it: -5x+25. Add the two results and we get x^2-5x-5x+25 which gives us x^2-10x+25.
