The total mass of the team is 11*80.3=883.3kg. If we add the mass, m, of the substitute we get 883.3+m kg. The mean is 81.2=(883.3+m)/12; 883.3+m=12*81.2=974.4 so m=974.4-883.3=91.1kg. The mass of the substitute is 91.1kg.
