(22 / 15) x (65 / 33) x (18 / 13)
= (22 x 65 x 18) / (15 x 33 x 13)
= ((11 x 2) x (13 x 5) x (3 x 3 x 2)) / ((5 x 3) x (3 x 11) x 13)
= ((3 x 3 x 5 x 11 x 13) x (2 x 2)) / (3 x 3 x 5 x 11 x 13)
= (2 x 2) / 1
= 4 / 1
= 4
