If we call the number of right answers R and the number of wrong answers W, 2R-W=19.

Also we know W+R=20. Add the two equations: 3R=39 so R=13, 13 correct answers.

13 correct answers gains 26 points; 7 incorrect answers loses 7 points and 26-7=19.
