Your best plan is to consult publications by ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). CENVAT (2004) is a possible variation of MODVAT (1986). This documentation is too large to be accommodated in an answer on this website. Check out the Internet using Google or other search engine, or visit the ICAI site.
