First, the closest multiple of 6 is 36=6*6, so 41/6=6 and remainder 5, 6 5/6.

You can take it further into decimals by carrying over the remainder and picking up a zero, so we have 50/6=8 rem 2. Put on another zero to make 20 and divide by 6 again 20/6=3 rem 2. We had rem 2 before so we get another 20/6=3 and so on. All of this is to the right of the decimal point, so we have .83333... Before the decimal point we had 6 so the completed answer in decimals is 6.83333...
