Problem: how do i graph the following inequality: 1/2y>2x+4
i need it to be graphed.

1/2 y > 2x + 4
(1/2 y) * 2 > (2x + 4) * 2
y > 4x + 8

Graph it as an equality; you will have a straight line.

Then, excluding the line, fill in everything ABOVE the line.
