The fraction can't be simplified, but the quantity can be written as a mixed number: 4 1/2 or as a decimal 4.5. The fraction 9/2 is an improper fraction in its most reduced form, but it can be represented by other fractions such as 18/4, 27/6, 36/8, 45/10, etc.
