The square roots first: sqrt(81)=9, sqrt(9)=3.

Now the question is simpler: 8-9-6*3=-1-18=-19.

If the question is supposed to read: 8-sqrt(81-6*sqrt(9))=8-sqrt(81-18)=8-sqrt(63)=8-7.94=0.06 approx.
