(60x+24)/(2-4/3): Denominator is 2-4/3=6/3-4/3=2/3, and to divide by 2/3 is the same as multiplying by 3/2. Factorise the numerator: 12(5x+2). Divide 12 by 2 and multiply the result by 3: (12/2)*3=18. So the result is 18(5x+2) or 90x+36.

Alternatively, if the problem is to divide by 2 first before subtracting 4/3: (12(5x+2)/2)-4/3=6(5x+2)-4/3=30x+12-4/3=30x+36/3-4/3=30x+32/3. 32/3 can be written 10 2/3.
