(1/3)(9x - 6y - 18) = 3 - 2(-3x - 6)

3x - 2y - 6 = 3 + 6x + 12

3x - 2y - 6 = 6x + 15

-2y - 6 = 3x + 15

-2y = 3x + 21

y = (-2/3)x - 21/2
