Because there's no constant term this is a straight line passing through the origin. The slope of the line is 15, so to draw the line, mark off on the x axis where the 1 is and then mark on the y axis 1. Mark the point (1,15) and join it to the origin (0,0). Continue the line at both ends and you have the graph y=15x.
