kone volume=(1/3) volume av cylinder (rod)

rod volume=(base area)*hite...or pi*rad*rad*hite

yu sae rad=8 & "slant hite"=17

"slant hite"=diagonal av triangel with 1 side=rad & other side=hite

so "slant-hite"^2=rad^2+hite^2

so hite^2=17^2 -8^2=289-64...=225 & hite=sqrt(225)=15

cylinder volume=3.14159265*8*8*15...=960*pi

=3,015.928947446201

kone volume=1,005.3096491487337
