Let the number be x, then x=32n+30, which means that x divided by 32 is n and the remainder is 30. We also know that 0<x<3000, so 32n+30<3000, and 32n<2970. Divide both sides by 32 and we get n<92.8, so since  n must be an integer we can write n<92. Therefore the largest number is 92*32+30=2974.

This is the largest number, but to find others we subtract multiples of 32, so the fullest answer is 2974-32m, where m is an integer and m<92. For example, m=50, x=2974-50*32=2974-1600=1374. Divide 1374 by 32 and we get 42 remainder 30. The smallest number is 2974-91*32=62.
