Not necessary.

Note that 1111118672 is a ten digit number ending with 8672, but it is not divisible by 32.

For such questions, the best (and honestly speaking, only) way is to use trial and error.
Try using numbers which you believe (or suspect) will lead to failure in satisfying the given conditions.

The reason why I choose 1111118672 is because I know 10000 is not divisible by 32, and all numbers larger than it starting with 1 and having 0 for the rest of the digits will be divisible by 32.

Everything will be divisible by 32 except this extra 10000, so the whole number will end up being non-divisible by 32.
