1.89=4d^-1/3(13.5). d^-1/3 is 1/cuberoot(d). d=(4*13.5/1.89)^3=(54/1.89)^3=(200/7)^3=23323.62.

13.5 is the beam length in feet and d is the boat displacement. 1.89 is less than 2 and this means (I think) that the boat is stable in the water from capsizing.
