The perimeter will be proportionately smaller. Your banner is 11in long which is 1/4 the size of the large banner (44in), so its perimeter will be 1/4 of 156 inches=39in. The area, being a square measurement, will be 1/16 (square of 1/4) the area of the large banner=1496/16=93.5sq in.
