My interpretation of the problem is that 77 people were given a survey question with 4 options as answers. They had the choice of at least one option up to all 4 options.
The numbers given for 1), 2), 3) and 4) are the numbers of participants choosing each specific option, rather than how many participants chose 1, 2, 3 or 4 options. This explains why the total comes to 172. There is insufficient info to determine, for example, how many choosing option 1 also chose option 2.
What we do know is the percentage of participants choosing each individual option.
So the fractions are: 1)35/77=5/11; 2)45/77; 3)43/77; 4)49/77=7/11.
And the percentages are: 1)45.45% 2)58.44% 3)55.84% 4)63.64%.
