If a item is rated1.58 where 1 is best and 5 is worse, how do we covert that to a value on a scale of 5-1 where 5 is best ans 1 is worse?

 

I am trying to get an average score for mutliple ratings from different sorces that have different rating systems.

1-5 becomes 5-1 if we subtract the score from 6. 1.58 then becomes 4.42.

Another way is to subtract 1 from 1.58=0.58 and then subtract 0.58 from 5=4.42.
