2x^(1/3) / x^(-3/4)

Evaluate just means solve:

Here I saw that the power on x was negative so you can move it to the numerator and multiply. (Just at the exponents).
2x^(1/3) / x^(-3/4) = 2x^(1/3) * x^(3/4) = 2x^(13/12)

or you can subtract the exponents if you leave it on the bottom
2x^(1/3) / x^(-3/4)
1/3 - (-3/4) = 13/12 (subtract exponents when dividing)
= 2x^(13/12)
