y-y1=m(x-x1)
(-3,-4)(-9,-5)
slope:

-5--4/-9--3
-5+4/-9+3
-1/-6
1/6

x intercept
y=mx+b
y=(1/6)x+b
-4=(1/6)*-3+b
-4=-3/6+b
-4=-1/2+b
-3.5=b
