If 1x2x3x4x5 is expressed 5! or five factorial, what are the expressions for 1+2+3+4+5?

For the sum to n terms there is a formula n(n+1)/2 but there isn't a single symbol for “sum of the integers from 1 to n” as far as I know. Although there is a single symbol for factorial there is no formula, as far as I know, for computing it.
