I am pretty shour it's 1 : 4 = 2 : 8 = 3 : 12 = 4 : 16 = 5 : 20 = 6 : 24

thanks and yes that is right.
In the first ratio the second number is 4 times the first, so we have 2:8=3:12=4:16=5:20=6:24.
