36/(-9+(-5))=36/-14=18/-7=-18/7 is a fraction and therefore can't be expressed as anything but one integer divided by another. It can be expressed as a decimal fraction -2.5714 approximately, or as integer and fraction: negative 2 and four sevenths. 

Algebraically it can be expressed using integer coefficients: 14x+36=0 or 9x+36=-5x, where x would be the number.
