Expand the first two sets of brackets: 14-35i+49=7(9-5i), taking i to mean square root of minus 1. -7i*+7i=-49(-1)=+49. Multiply by 1+i then by 3: 21(14+4i)=21(14+4i)=294+84i or 42(7+2i).
