The volume of the original tumour is 7.5*5.1*7.5=286.875cc. The reduced size is 5.8*3.7*4.3=92.278cc. Dividing this by the original volume we get 0.3217 approx. This is a reduction of 0.6783 on the original size. In percentages this is 67.83% reduction.
