The answer is supposed to be 4, but I keep coming up with 2.4 repeating.

14 = 2/3(9y - 15)

if you want to eliminate the fraction first then multiply both sides by 3/2

14(3/2) = 2/3(3/2)(9y - 15)

21 = 9y - 15

36 = 9y

y = 4
