the y-intercept is (0,5)

since you will dividing by 3, put in for x, multiples of three:

x=3,y =-2/3(3) +5 =3 (3,3)

x=6, y=-2/3(6) +5 =1 (6,1)

the slope -2/3 means when x goes up by 3, y goes down by 2
